Born and raised in Houston, Cris attended the University of Houston. He also completed the PTA program at HCC Coleman College for Health Professions. Cris loves listening to patients’ goals and creating personalized exercise plans to help reach them. He recently married his wonderful wife Caitlin in December 2025. Together, they enjoy exploring Houston’s amazing food scene and staying active.
